At Wildly Inspired, custom orders are at the heart of what we do. Every personalised piece we create tells a story, and we're honored to help preserve yours.

Here’s how the custom process works and what to expect when you order a one-of-a-kind piece from us.

 Step 1: Share Your Idea

Whether you have a full vision in mind or just a vague concept, we’ll work with you to bring it to life. To get started, reach out via our contact form or DM us on Instagram @wildlyinspired1 with:

• The type of item you’d like (tray, keychain, coaster, etc.)

• Preferred colours or styles

• Special elements (names, dates, quotes, gold flakes, etc.)

• Optional: Photos of flowers or keepsakes you want included

Not sure what you want? That’s okay too! We’re happy to guide you through ideas and options based on the occasion or person you’re gifting it to.

Step 2: Send or Select Your Materials

Many of our custom orders involve real flowers, and we offer two options:

1. You Provide the Flowers:

• You can send us blooms from a wedding bouquet, memorial arrangement, or other special event.

• We'll guide you on how to safely dry, press, and ship them to us.

2. We Source the Flowers:

• You can choose from our in-stock selection of dried and pressed florals.

• We’ll create a colour palette that fits your story.

Want to include glitter, charms, initials, or metallic flakes? Just let us know - we love adding personal touches.

 Step 3: The Making Process

Once we finalize your design, we begin the slow, careful process of crafting your piece:

• Flowers and elements are arranged by hand

• Resin is poured in multiple layers to create depth

• The piece is cured, sanded, and polished over several days

• We inspect everything to ensure it meets our quality (and your expectations)

Most custom orders take 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and drying time.

Step 4: Packaging & Delivery

Your finished piece is packaged with love and care. We offer tracked shipping so you can watch your special item make its way home.
