Welcome to Wildly Inspired! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade resin products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

All our products are handmade, and variations in colour, size, and design are part of their unique nature.
We strive to accurately represent products through photos and descriptions, but slight differences may occur.
Custom orders are available on request and may have different lead times and prices. Custom orders are non-refundable.

2. Ordering and Payment

Prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and may change without notice.
We accept payment through PayPal and credit/debit cards.
Payment must be made in full before items are processed or shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship to the United Kingdom currently. This is subject to change in the future.
Shipping times vary based on location and will be estimated at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, although we are happy to assist with any issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all custom orders and imperfect orders are final and no refunds will be issued. If you have any issues with your Ready-To-Ship orders, please contact us within 14 days of arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion. We are unable to send a replacement if you have purchased a product from our 'Ready-To-Ship' Collection.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, designs, logos, text) is the property of Wildly Inspired and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are for decorative or light use only.
We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products. Care instructions are on each product listing.

7. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and notification will be provided in the form of an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
