Shipping:

We are dedicated to ensuring your handmade resin crafts reach you in the best condition and in a timely manner. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery and carefully packaged to minimize any potential damage during transit. Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Ready-To-Ship orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. This may vary around seasonal, busier times of the year.

Custom orders will be shipped based on what has been agreed at the time of purchase. Custom orders usually take between 1 - 3 weeks depending on the size of the order. This may vary around seasonal, busier times of the year so please place your order in advance of any important dates.

Returns:

Due to the handmade and often customised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion. We are unable to send a replacement if you have purchased a product from our 'Ready-To-Ship' Collection.
